Thank you for shopping with BOODLE.

Priority Shipping (First 50 Orders)

To thank our earliest supporters, the first 50 orders of each drop will receive priority fulfillment.

  • These orders will be shipped within 3–5 days after production begins
  • Delivery is typically completed within 1 week after shipment
  • Priority orders are processed and shipped before all other orders in the drop

Order Processing

BOODLE operates on a pre-order, made-to-order model. This means we do not produce items until after the drop period has ended and orders have been collected.

During the drop period, customers place pre-orders. Once the drop closes and payouts are received, production begins.

  • Production begins after drop closure and payout confirmation
  • Production time: Approximately 25 days
  • Shipping transit time: Approximately 15 days
  • Estimated total fulfillment time: Approximately 40 days from the start of production

Please note that all timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BOODLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
